How much does influencer marketing cost?
The cost of influencer marketing varies depending on the scope and complexity of your campaign. We offer custom pricing for each campaign and work with you to determine a budget that meets your goals and needs.
How do I sign up to work and hire influencers through your agency?
To sign up and work with influencers through our agency, you can start by getting in touch with us. You can either schedule a video call with us to discuss your campaign or send an email to hello@mamamedia.co to explore your options. Please note that a deposit will be required before we move forward with shortlisting your options. Once we've curated a list of potential influencers, we'll send it to you for approval. Once your selected influencers are confirmed, we'll request the final payment before moving forward with the next steps. Why do you require a deposit for campaigns?
We require a deposit upfront to ensure that we can commit to starting your campaign and working hard to create a shortlist of creators. Unfortunately, we've had experiences where brands receive the shortlist of creators and disappear without any communication, leaving us with unrecoverable time and resources invested in the campaign. The deposit is non-refundable and the final payment should be made once the shortlist is approved by the brand.
How do you select influencers for my campaign?
Our team uses a combination of technology and manual research to identify influencers who have a strong following in your target audience and align with your brand values. We analyze each potential influencer's engagement rates, content quality, and audience demographics to ensure the best possible match for your campaign.
Will you be able to make a brief or do I need to make one?
At MAMA Media, we understand that each brand has its unique needs and preferences. Therefore, we can create a brief based on our discussions with you and your campaign goals. However, if you already have a brief that you'd like us to use, we're happy to work with that as well. We're committed to ensuring that your campaign is tailored to your specific needs, so we're flexible in this regard. Just let us know what works best for you, and we'll take it from there.
Can I gift influencers instead of paying them?
Yes, we offer product-only campaigns where influencers can be compensated with products instead of monetary payment. Keep in mind that usually, creators with higher engagement do not participate in product-only campaigns. However, this doesn't mean that product-only campaigns are not successful. In fact, in some cases, product-only campaigns can be more successful than paid campaigns. This is because creators with smaller followings may have a closer and more personal bond with their followers, resulting in higher engagement and conversion rates. Nonetheless, we will work with you to determine the best compensation strategy for your specific campaign goals and budget.
Can I see the content before it's posted?
Yes, we can give you the opportunity to review and approve all content before it's posted. We want to ensure that the content aligns with your brand and meets your expectations.
How do I track my results?
At the end of the campaign, we can provide you with an analysis of each influencer's performance and the overall success of the campaign. This will include information such as reach, engagement, and website traffic, which will help you track your results and evaluate the effectiveness of the campaign.
Do I own the rights to the pictures/content the influencers create?
Certainly, we understand the importance of having access to the content for your own marketing purposes therefore, we prefer to keep it simple and ask our influencers to include unlimited usage rights to all the content they create on your behalf.

How much control do I have over the content I create for brands through the agency?
We believe that the most effective and authentic content is created when collaborators are given creative freedom, however the level of control you have over the content you create will depend on the specific partnership. We will be proviging creative briefs and guidelines for all campaigns. Some briefs are less specific then others, giving the creators full trust in their creations, however some briefs may be more specific depending on what the brand requires.
Who retains ownership of the pictures that I create?
While we do provide the brand with full usage rights for any content you create, you do have the option to request different usage rights when you apply to specific campaigns.
Will I be able to work with other brands outside of the agency?
Yes, we allow our influencers to work with other brands and agencies outside of Gloriously Influenced, as long as it does not conflict with any ongoing campaigns that have been initiated through our platform. We believe in providing our influencers with the flexibility to explore and pursue opportunities beyond our platform.
Do I need to sign a contract?
You do not need to sign a contract to be a part of MAMA Media, however you may need to sign specific contracts between you and the brand if the brand requests it.
What is an influencer agency and how can it benefit me as a creator?
An influencer agency is a company that connects brands with social media influencers to promote their products or services. Joining an agency can benefit creators by providing them with access to a wider range of brand partnerships and opportunities for monetization.
How do I know if an influencer agency is legitimate?
A legitimate influencer agency will have a professional website and clear terms and conditions outlined on their website. You can also research the agency by looking at their portfolio of previous clients and checking for any red flags such as a lack of transparency or complaints from past influencers.
What are the requirements to join MAMA MEDIA?
We welcome both micro and macro influencers to our platform and do not have a specific follower count requirement. We look for influencers who have an engaged and authentic audience that aligns with our brand partners. Quality of content and relationship with followers are more important to us than follower count alone. We do ask that all influencers on our platform adhere to our guidelines and follow through on collaboration agreements in a timely and professional manner.
How will I get jobs?
Whenever a brand runs a campaign, we send out an email to all of our registered influencers with all the details of the campaign. You can then decide whether you want to participate or not. The brand will then shortlist their options and select the best fit for their specific campaign. So, keep an eye on your inbox for these emails and be sure to respond promptly if you are interested in a particular opportunity.
What if I receive a product and am not happy with it?
At MAMA Media, we understand that as an influencer, it's important for you to promote products that you truly believe in and are happy with. If you receive a product and are not happy with it, please inform us within a reasonable time and ensure that the product is still in good condition. We can then ask you to send it back to the brand so that we can replace your spot with another influencer who is a better fit for the product. Our goal is to ensure that our influencers only promote products that they are genuinely satisfied with, and we're committed to working with you to find the right opportunities that align with your interests and values.
How much would I get paid for paid collaborations?
When filling out your application to reach collaboration, you will be able to set your desired rate. However, depending on the specific requirements of each campaign, you may have the opportunity to negotiate directly with the brand. Please note that to keep things simple for all parties involved, you will be required to provide all usage rights to the content you create for the brand.
Please also keep in mind that we do charge a 5% commission on the compensation you receive for collaborations. We believe you will find the value we provide to be worth this small fee, and we take your business seriously.
WHAT IS THE PAYMENT PROCESS FOR PAID COLLABORATIONS?
After completing a campaign, you will receive an email containing information on how to submit your invoice to receive payment. Please ensure that you submit your invoice promptly to avoid any delays in payment. Payments will be made via wire transfer or e-transfer within 30 days following the end of the campaign.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO POST DELIVERABLES?
Deliverables depend on specific partnerships as some products may require a “testing” period. We usually require our influencers to post within 2-3 weeks of receiving product unless advised otherwise.
Please keep in mind that if deliverables aren’t meant within a reasonable time, the brand has the right to invoice you for the product received. By having these agreements in place, it helps to provide peace of mind for brands and build trust with influencer marketing agencies, which ultimately benefits everyone involved.
